Rookout is searching for an experienced team leader to lead our top-notch collection team.
Rookout’s Collection Team is responsible for developing our low-level interception solution which allows real time debugging and collection for our customers. In this role you will lead a team of senior low-level and backend engineers. The team and role combines innovative research, development and architecture in a variety of languages and technologies.
You will be working closely with our customers and give Developers across the world superpowers!
If you have:
* At least 5 years of proven experience of developing low-level manipulation technologies.
* At least 2 years of experience in backend development.
* At least 2 years of experience leading R&D teams.
* Deep knowledge of OS internals
* Extensive knowledge of low-level test automation
* Entrepreneurial spirit
* A go-getter attitude
* Are a strong team player
You will:
*Develop the company’s low-level interception solutions
*Lead feature delivery together with DevOps and Product
*Take part in a top-notch technology team, code reviewing and knowledge sharing
*Mentor and manage veteran ninjas and new employees
*Take part in planning Rookout’s technological roadmap
