About The Position

As our Solution Architect, you will be the customer’s main point of contact from a technical point of view. You will work with them hand in hand to deploy Rookout on their environments, answer their questions (from how to use a certain feature to various security aspects), and gain their support and love for using Rookout’s technologies. You are there for the customer at every step, from the beginning, solving issues that arise, showcasing new features, and gathering feedback.

You will need to drive the perfect balance between the client’s and Rookout’s needs and goals while maintaining strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders. You will need to learn new, complex technologies on the fly, directly influencing Rookout’s success and growth.

As their trusted technical advisor, you will gain exposure to groundbreaking technologies and get to combine business and technology daily. This is the perfect role for someone with a technical background who wants to work in the business/customer side.


  • Work with customers to implement Rookout’s technologies delivered through various SDKs and containerized components deployed in the customers’ environment.
  • Engage directly with customers to troubleshoot issues and queries, provide technical and functional training, and address customers' new requirements.
  • Be the voice of the customer to the company, highlighting feature requests and issues encountered
  • Drive customer onboarding activities to successful adoption by leveraging your technical, project management, and business acumen skills


  • 3+ years of active experience as a developer / DevOps / or similar position
  • At least 1 year in a technical customer-facing role
  • At least 1 year of experience with cloud-based solutions (GCP, AWS, Azure)
  • Experience with microservice frameworks (K8s, Serverless, etc.) huge plus
  • Excellent written, presentation, and oral communication skills in both Hebrew and English
  • Self-starter, troubleshooter, and team player with the ability to work with a wide range of teams and personas
